Once a year, the HLIM event brings together all rail Infrastructure Managers in Europe. As in previous years, the 2023 event was an opportunity for top executives of Europe’s rail Infrastructure Managers to discuss and improve their cooperation on key strategic and political issues facing the railway sector such as innovation or performance. The 2023 event took place in Madrid (ES), hosted by our member ADIF.
Outlook 2024
In November 2024, the HLIM event will be organised by the Austrian rail Infrastructure Manager ÖBB in Vienna (AT).
